Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information displayed on their listing is:

5. Enquiry Service

The Website may provide enquiry forms allowing Users to contact Suppliers.

When an enquiry is submitted:

  • It is forwarded directly to the Supplier

  • Little Party Planners Ltd does not guarantee a response

  • Little Party Planners Ltd is not responsible for communications between Users and Suppliers

  • Any resulting booking or contract is strictly between the User and Supplier

6. Bookings & Payments

Little Party Planners Ltd does not:

  • Accept bookings

  • Process payments

  • Manage Supplier services

  • Guarantee Supplier availability

All bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes must be handled directly between Users and Suppliers.

7. Supplier Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

Suppliers warrant that they:

  • Hold all licences, permissions and insurance required to operate in Scotland or the UK

  • Comply with all applicable Scottish and UK laws (including safeguarding, food hygiene, health & safety)

  • Will not upload unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content

  • Will respond to enquiries professionally and lawfully

  • Have the right to use all images, text and materials they upload

Little Party Planners Ltd may remove or suspend listings that breach these Terms.

8. Data Protection & GDPR

Little Party Planners Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • For Website analytics, account management and platform operation, Little Party Planners Ltd acts as a Data Controller.

  • For enquiries submitted to Suppliers, Little Party Planners Ltd acts as a Data Processor, transmitting the enquiry solely for the purpose of enabling the Supplier to respond.

Once an enquiry is passed to a Supplier, the Supplier becomes the Data Controller for that data. Little Party Planners Ltd is not responsible for how Suppliers store or process personal data.

9. Reviews & User‑Generated Content

Users may submit reviews, comments or other content (“User Content”).

User Content must be:

  • Honest

  • Based on genuine experience

  • Not defamatory, abusive or unlawful

Users grant Little Party Planners Ltd a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute User Content for Website operation and marketing.

Little Party Planners Ltd may remove User Content at its discretion.
